1. What is my expected shipping charge?

TableTennisStore.US offers you free shipping on all orders over $50 dollars as long as you are located in continental United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For orders under $50 dollars, your cost will be a flat $5 dollars for first class mail and a flat $8 for priority mail. We use United States Postal Service on all our orders unless otherwise notified.

Certain weight based items, such as tables, robots, furniture items, large bags, surrounds may have a subsidized shipping surcharge, because of the high shipping surcharges incurred. In these instances, we notify you in product description that free shipping may not be available . Please understand that it our goal to offer free shipping on all products. Where that is not possible, we absorb us much of the shipping charge as possible.

To Calculate the shipping charge:

    1. Click LOGIN from the top of the page.

    2. Open a new member account. It is free and don't need a credit card.

    3. Add the product to the shopping cart.

    4. Check out.

    5. Provide the address where you want to ship the items.

    6. Check out.

    7. On the third page of the check out process called SHIPPING OPTIONS, you can see the shipping charge. 

2. When do you ship my package?

We ship your package before 9:00 AM the following day. However, the shipping can be delayed based on the inventory and the workload we have. We may send you an email regarding the delay.

3. I'm not from America. How do you ship my package?

TableTennisStore.US has partnered with a third-party company called Bongo International to fulfill orders for our all ourinternational customers (Canadian Customers have the option to choose or regular shipping policies). For those customers outside of North America, simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option.The items will automatically be transferred into a Bongo International cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. Bongo International will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to Bongo International Customer Service Department

4. I have placed an order for an item which is not available in your store. When will I receive it?

We receive products directly from our manufacturers regularly. The turn around time to receive your back order product is often just 3 to 5 days. If we can¡¯t deliver an item to you within a 7 days (Continental USA customers only) we will notify you via email and you can decide if you want your money refunded in full.

Refund Policies (domestic and international shipping):

1. No refund unless you return the items in it's original condition back to our office. Please read our return policy.

2. 'Tracking' does not mean you can get your money back if the package is lost. No refund for lost packages. You have to insure your package if you think the package will be lost. You can also choose services like USPS Express Shipping.


3. Not responsible for customs, tax or any fee in your country.

Shipping Policies

Free Shipping: TableTennisStore.US provides free shipping to USA for all orders over $50. For orders under $50 there is a flat $5.00 charge assessed.

Our free shipping policy extends to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Free shipping does not apply to most tables, and court accessories.   Shipping is added as an extra cost for these items automatically as a drop down item prior to purchase.  If you are purchasing one of these items, please feel free to contact us.

Expedited Shipping: TableTennisStore.US can provide you with USPS priority mail service upgrade on all orders.   The cost for this service is only $3.00 extra per order regardless of order size.

Express Shipping: If you are interested in express delivery of any item, we offer a flat rate of $24 on all items under three pounds in weight to any address in the contiguous United States. Please email or call us after placing an express delivery order to [email protected] or to 914-873-0075 to confirm that our store can in fact ship the product in the time frame you so desire. In some case we may have to call you to adjust the express shipping charge to match our actual charge.

Table Shipping: The prices of tables include free shipping to USA for most tables. If there is a shipping charge, it will be indicated on the table's Product Description page and will also show up on our Checkout page.   Please note that freight charges are higher to some areas for some tables (such as Alaska, Hawaii and some remote areas.) In that case, will contact you before the order is processed to receive your acceptance of any extra freight charges.

Curbside delivery requires you to be present when the table is delivered and assist the driver in removing the table from the truck. Should you not be able to assist the driver in removing the table, additional services are available from the freight company for an extra charge. Freight companies will not assist in transporting tables indoors or up or down steps, and they will not help in assembling the table.

The delivery company will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a day with you for delivery.
A table order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped from the warehouse, even if the table is not yet delivered. If you must cancel a table order, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warehouse, and any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer/warehouse.

If a table arrives with visible damage, refuse delivery and contact If a table arrives with damaged packaging but the table appears to be ok, accept delivery but have the driver note the damaged packaging on the paperwork. After delivery, if you should notice the table is damaged, contact the freight company immediately, then contact Paddle Palace. Damage must be reported within one week.

Robots and Court Accessory Items:  All Robots and some court accessory items will have flat rate shipping charges assessed in the drop out menu after check out.  All other court accessory items will require to you place a purchase order with us.  We will then contact you and negotiate terms, delivery and delivery cost. 

International Shipping:

In order to better serve and support our customers located outside of the United States, we have partnered with a highly respected firm called Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. Bongo provides ourinternational visitors with their own US forwarding address to which all orderscan be sent. Once you have completed your order, we will ship your items to theBongo warehouse for export to your country and home address. Your new USaddress will allow you to purchase goods from other US retailers as well. Consolidating all US purchases into one shipment can save you up to 82% offtypical international shipping rates.

International Order Guide:

  1. Shop for your favorite products on our website and add them to your cart.
  2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking on the Bongo International logo.
  3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
  4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
  5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
  6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
  7. Choose your shipping method (from our store to Bongo), and place your order.
  8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
