VOC packed speed glues damage the enviroment and the health of the people. It has also been damaging the image of table tennis. Since ITTF announced the new regulation to stop the speed glue for the benefit of table tennis, as a bounce back of some habitual gluers, some boosters were introduced to the market. But boosters are still skin-irritating hazardous compounds against the spirit of new regulation. Finally ITTF also banned the boosters along with any substances other than water glue simply to attach the rubber on the blade.

The force at the impact with the ball is combined with 2 directional forces. Vertical force N creates some speed and helps the horizontal force T to create more spin rotations. In the modern  table tennis game, T force facilitates the most of aggression and power. Speed glue effect enhances T over N. XIOM rubbers in TENSOR and TENSOR BIOS technology also focus on increasing T without speed glue while improving N and energy transfer dynamics at ball impact.

TENSOR technology replacing VOC speed glue effect and booster effect greatly in the last decade. TENSOR BIOS introduced in 2006 reached the level of maximum spin and speed performance without speed glue over TENSOR 1st, 2nd,3rd generation. ZETA for Chinese professionals adopts the new TENSOR BIOS generation which is more stable in dynamics than its original generation. T and N reached the theoretical maximum and exceeded the level of heavily glued or boosted rubbers in average. Customization in real play

The technology itself is not at all complete to satisfy the player's need. To succeed in making final consumer products, the research on the real-play application is a must. Wide variety in stroke habits and playing skills of different player groups require "customization" of the technology to each group. XIOM divided the various play styles into major groups - European and Asian. Developing the final products into 2 different characters is an outcome of our studies over years. Millitall-II's pips are thinner than ordinary pips-out rubber with greater space between each pip. The resulting effect of the unique Millitall-II pip design is its capability of producing lower trajectory and bounce on return shots. This makes it difficult for your opponent to drive the ball hard and makes it easier to receive serves.

The No Sponge or the OX version:

Millitall-II OX allows defensive players to produce very deceptive shots. The speed and spin is little lower compared with the sponge version of Millitall II. This version creates more knuckle effect than the sponge version.

The pimples of TSP Milli Tall II are thinner than other pimple-out rubbers. There is also more space between the pimples. As a result, this special pimple rubber produces a lower flight curve and bounce of the ball by playing backhand strokes. This effect makes it difficult for your opponent to play hard attacking strokes. It is also easier for you to return your opponent`s serve. TSP Milli Tall II - Soft: Control is excellent!
